@katemath Yeah I see that folks are requiring similar things for reassessment. What I'm proposing seems to be slightly different: even if you perfectly answered my exercises correctly on daily quizzes, I still want you to reflect on why that work demos mastery.Permalink On twitter.com

@katemath I'm trying to add a speed bump to an anti-pattern I fear is creeping up in some of my standards, where students are trying to memorize "the right sentences" where they can swap out numbers. Maybe such a reflection would force them to think more deeply about the concept?On twitter.com
