Fun afternoon today. I got to #tmwyf like usual, but before that a handful of my Diff EQ students and I played around with the SIR model. We made a Geogebra applet that allowed us to adjust the infection rate after 10 "days" to reflect a sudden change in social distancing.On twitter.com
