By the by, I'm currently weighing whether to keep the name "MasterIt", since (for one) these exercises may also be used outside a Mastery/Pointless Grading classroom (although that will remain my primary use-case). The word Open makes sense - these exercises aren't locked into a single platform/server (MyMathLab, WebWork, etc) But I also want to capture that by design, these exercises are meant to assess full understanding by human-checked reading of full solutions.

There might eventually be a way to implement multiple choice or computer-checking of trivial things (range of numbers) when imported into a platform such as Canvas, particularly if the #PreTeXtGang specification adds support for it. But that's not the focus of MasterIt.

I also want to avoid the word "Math" since the platform has applications outside of mathematics classrooms.
