    1. Hot take: f(x)=1/x is continuous everywhere; continuity is preserved by any natural combination of functions (sums, quotients, composition, etc). Your Cal 1 theorem should say "defined and continuous".

    In fact let's just say a <term>natural</term> combination of functions for a topological space Y is a map Y^Y×Y^Y→Y^Y that preserves continuity. #changemymindDOTjpg
