After this tweet I realized that pretext init doesn't provide a "publication" file necessary to manage the generation of images, so now it does in pypi.org/project/pretextbook/0.4rc2/ Hopefully the stable 0.4 release will be identical and release next week! @StevenXClontz/1421513013778071563
